- Process your Horizon Programme application: In order to go through the information provided through your application and assess your eligibility for participation to the programme, your application is stored, shared with KKI and processed. This processing is necessary for steps to be taken prior to entering into a contract with you for participating in the CTCL centres of excellence rotations.
- Respond to your feedback and queries: When you reach out to us for any issues with the use of the Website or our Services (e.g. problems with uploading files or difficulty of access) we will use the content of your query as well as your contact details to process your request and reply to you. This processing is based on our legitimate business interest to keep our Website operational and to keep improving our Services to you.
3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

- Kyowa Kirin International
Your data is primarily shared via secure transfer channels, with KKI, which is driving the Horizon Programme. This disclosure of data is necessary for your application to be assessed.
- Horizon Steering Committee
The data submitted with your research proposal, as well as the proposal itself will be shared with the Steering Committee as a necessary disclosure for your participation in the Horizon Programme.
- Business Transfers
We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your data, as may be necessary and permitted under applicable laws, with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: data analysis, email delivery, hosting services and customer service. For the purposes of the operation of the Website, such recipients would include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
We have contracts in place with our data processors, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.
